3/4" d-ring shackles

will 3/4" d-ring shackles fit on the towing points?

If your talking about the two tabs under the front bumper then Yes they will.

do any hardware type stores carry shackles in 3/4 size or do they need to be ordered?

Just remember that those tabs are not that thick. They are tie-down loops for when your truck was trucked to your dealer. A static pull. If you are going to use them to yank or be yanked then they may fail.
