So why would I select something other than 6mm overbored TB for my 3vze? I know you said the 6mm is for "race" applications, but what is that? And can it be used on a normal 3vze without causing damage? Would I need to change all the tubing from the AFM to the TB to accomidate the change?

4Runner4Ever - Agreed - TB spacers are crap, Im talking about a whole new throttle body though whose interior has been overbored. Gas around here is roughly 1.45/gallon or 0.40/L I wanna post some more, but I dont have the time yet... Getting pics developed of the current system now.

JAcobs Omni magnum system

I recently bought the jacobs omni magnum system on ebay. First of all I could not find a spot under the hood to install the thing. Secondly I've received mixed reviews about the product. So I am thinking of selling it back..and maybe going for nology wires or magnecor?Any suggestions? Bumpin yota Im thinking of getting that new throttle body for 290 as well for my 91 4runner. Im still waiting for next week to order my FIPK I found a place that sells it for $189.

Elec fans would do just as much as a TB upgrade. Something to think about.

I also replaced my OEM fan with an electric one. That is a very noticeble improvement plus the engine runs smoother. Or at least it feels so.
