3.0 stalling when running air conditioning

Only when I have the air conditioning running and i come up to a stop; on the street or on the trail, my motor stalls. This does not happen when the air condition is off. Does anyone have any idea what this may be?

Sounds like you need to adjust your idle up a bit to compensate for the drag that the AC compressor places on the engine.

Doing this should easily solve your issue.

I tried doing this. Now the idle is to high when not running the air conditioning. I think there is someting that is supose to bring up the idle automaticly when the AC is turned on. Any ideas anyone??

There is! ... It's called the "idle speed switch" and perhaps yours needs to be replaced... ?
