Question 3.0 ecu question

Okay i am swaping engine in my '90 runner with one from a '93 3.0, I have the ecu for both and am wondering which one to use. The one that came with the 90 says 3vz on it where as the one from the 93 says 3vz 4x4 A/T. My 90 is a 5 speed not an auto so would that cause a problem or am i okay?
It looks like the leads are the same but have not looked real close at them yet. Any help would be great!!

I say, use the one from your 90 with the MT. Although the one from the AT may work, the computer may get confused with no signal coming from the AT.

I agree, you may have issues with the AT not being there.

Well found out i have no choice the connections are not the same and it is easier to replace the wiring harness than taking of the plenum and top of engine..sigh.
