well some more info would be nice... lift, both suspension and body.
unless you have a body lift, you arent going to clear the 295 very well, even the 285's will rub a tad.
also, you will need wheels with a different backspace if you are using stock ones right now.
so many variables to consider here, we need more information

Aaron has OEM lift and a 1" body lift if I remember right.
You run spacers right Aaron? (wheel spacers I mean) go with the 295s, be closer to those old SSR radials you had in diameter.
love your runner btw

Silly me, Umm yeah 3" front and 3.5" rear , panhard bar, ext. brakes lines, limiting straps, No Body Lift, and 1" wheel spacers for early upper a arms clearance issues. I run 2 sets of wheels and am getting rid of my 2nd set of BFG AT's tired of ending up with unbalanced tires, Both sets of wheels are on the 16x7 limited wheels. I have had in the past 285 Interco SSR's which measure out to 33.9X 11.4 so needless to say I will clear the Terras. I was just trying to figure out which ones to get. My other set of tires are 285 Cooper STT's.

Well that just it, It isnt the same size it says 285 but thats crap as we all know the 285 terra's are 32.68x 11.3 where ass the 295's are 33.27x 11.73 and my coopers are 285 and measure 33.1 x 11.3 and the evil BFG AT's were 32.8x 11.4 and of course the outliar SSR's 33.9x 11.4 Soo you might see my dilema But im liking the look of the 295's on KyleT's rig those lex wheels are badass.

Aaron,
Def. go with the 295's. I just put them on my taco(see my thread) and love them to death. The size difference is very noticable IMO over the 285's, not so much in pics, but when you are standing next to the truck..........wow!
I have already had a couple of local 3rd gen guys ask me if I was running 35's.
Also don't forget that by mounting them on your 16x7's it will make the tire a tad taller than if they were mounted on 16x8's.
Overall a very good tire choice for the money, and a unique size to boot!
