belt blew on the second run...first run showed nothing of importence except for the fact that i wasnt boosting past 7-7.5psi and lost NO torque...so there is a longer wait now as i repair this problem.

Ummm.. Johnny... ummm... I don't see any negative change from a reset until I've driven at least 1000 miles, and the serious bogging starts around 1500. I'll figure that you didn't drive 1000 miles in an hour, so... what'd you "learned" to the ECU?

Bummer on the belt man... We have faith in ya' though!

Yaya!

So with the ECU pulling timing at the higher end because of a leanout issue i started facing there STILL was a total of 15-25whp & 20-30ft lbs on average increase in power at a lower PSI then the run without the cams (stupid belt)

I will be posting several charts soon to show the different power runs and increases

Overall this is a very good jump ACROSS the band and im happy! These cams will react A LOT better with a headers and cat back as the exhaust system is EXTREAMLY restrictive right now

Wee so happy

Cool

I knew those cams were golden when we were discussing the dyno when your belt snapped, and I looked up the old 7psi dyno @ you were up some 30 odd whp @ just 3500rpm. You were also up atleast 10whp VS your 10psi dyno run (To be fair that dyno had a slipping belt).
But still the point is the same. The new cams are ruling.

Don't worry about peak numbers if you had timing taken out, and were running lean. We all know how big tuning is under boost. A couple degrees of ignition can make massive changes either way & running really lean makes a huge difference. I still remember when Tony turbo'ed his 1mz-fe Camry. The first run was like a 14.2 A/F, and he made 308bhp. After a little tuning & fuel pressure he ran a 12.8 A/F & 343bhp. LoL!

So don't fret. We, atleast I, understand if peak numbers are off, but your low numbers should set everyone's mind at ease over loosing low end on these cams. Staggering.

Hey Johnny... Whilst I was camped on the S2STuning site waiting for the "BUY IT NOW NOW NOW!" button to go live, I noticed that you have a price of $750 on the "more info" page. Is that just a place holder number, or ?
