22RE's - What are your RPM's at this speed?

I've searched for this, but can't find it anywhere. I just changed from a regular gauge cluster to the SR5 cluster. Problem is, it came out of a V6 Runner, so the tach is off. It can be adjusted through the potentiometer on the back of the tach, but I have nothing to compare it to. None of my friends or family have a test tach, and Autozone doesn't have test tach loaners. I really can't fork out the cash right now to buy one, so I'm begging for your help.
My '89 truck has a 22re, with a W56 transmission, RF1A Transfer Case, 4.10 gears and 31" tires. Anyone that has this exact same setup, or exactly the same overall gearing, can you please post the following:

1)Your exact RPM at 30mph in 3rd gear
2)Your exact RPM at 45mph in 4th gear
3)Your exact RPM at 55mph in 5th gear

Obviously, the more posts I get, the better my chances on getting the most accurate measures.
As always, Thanks for your time!

You can plug in the gear ratios
http://www.4crawler.com/4x4/4R_TechI...l#Transmission
into this on-line calculator:
http://www.4crawler.com/4x4/4LoCalc.shtml

and find out what the RPM should be.
