22RE engine swap

I have and 86 P/U and an 86 4runner, both with 22RE engines. The P/U has a rebuilt engine but a beat body and the 4runner has a great body but a beat engine. So next weekend I'm going to swap the engines. I've never done this before and don't know what to anticipate or what new parts I need to have on hand to make the swap go faster. The truck also has a clutch with less than 20,000 on it and I'm wondering if I should put it in the 4runner while I'm doing this or if that is just a bad idea. I do have help and a shop with pneumatic tools and a cherry picker, but no prior experience with this. Any suggestions or heads up? About how long should I expect this to take me. Regardless, this will be cool to learn myself and I'll have a great 4runner when I'm done.

The pain is getting the engine out, i suggest taking off the hood to make it go faster cause its a pain in the butt trying to get it in the hood of the 86. Keep the clutch on the engine and then just swap em, itll take you most likely all day, but after that its easy as pie.
