Does anyone know what changes are coming for the 2004 Tacos? I've heard rumers about a new 4.0 liter V6, and wonder if that might be available on an 'Extra-Cab' model? And, if there is a change in grill design coming? Who has the dirt?

I read somewhere that the 2004 taco will be a bigger taco but will have the same engines initially.

 

Over on 4x4 wire I saw some spy photos of a 2wd 2004 Taco. It will follow the 2003 4Runner in both appearance and engine lineup.

I hope they continue to make a 4 cyl.

I'm not being a wise , I am just a glutton for power. A 4 cyl. just doesn't do it for me. What is you thinking for wanting it?

 

well why would a little truck need a v-8? even if they make them bigger, it still won't need that much power. Just a thought.
