clear or black taillamps??? im ordering even if i dont have the money im sick of looking at my taillamps i hate them.

what about the HIGH SPIRIT VERSION>MAKE UP HEAD LAMP....we cannot put them in our 4runners can we? they are different specs and stuff right? I love those things

 

also....can the taillamps be put on with no problem? Or is there a little more to it

 

I retract my statement...i like clear better on black especially...i think the black ones would look good on white or lighter colors

im thinking black to, and i emailed the compnay to be sure about fitment. but if you look at the Model column it does say all grades or except American Style Ver.. Chris

You see the floor illumination (http://www.japanparts.com/Pic/pic118/006-066.jpg) ?? Sounds like the mod someone else did on their 4Runner.

You think the 4Runner is prewired for the floor illumination?

i got a response from the place they have no idea if the taillamps will work on the us 4runner or not so i dont know what to do. 300 bucks plus shipping would suck to waste.


hey woodbert you think you could do me a favor. take some detailed photos of you taillamps, and bulb and buld harnesses. i looked in my 4runner there is a quick cover that pops off and gives direct access to the taillight assembly. could you take some pictures???

One more thing for you guys to consider regarding ordering these parts from Japan- Your probably also going to get hit for Customs Duty tax for bringing the parts into the country. Plus shipping...

 

Yeah chris, i got the same response from them...no idea if they will fit or not...in my opinion they look exactly the same but who knows...what a bummer

Speaking of lamps... does anyone know of a kit to make the rear fog lamps in the bumper operational? There are knockout plugs in them for bulb assemblies, so I presume they are operational in non-US markets.

 

I can get any/all the parts on that site. Fair warning, my prices won't be beat on Japan items, but they are still crazy $$$, but do give your truck something noone else would have.

 

yeah jason but will they fit thats the key, if they did i would have already ordered a taillights and maybe evena grill
