2001 tacoma engine performance

alright just started a new job and i am waiting for my new paycheck. i have lifted and done enough to the outside and interior of my truck. now it is time to work on the engine. what are some things that i can get to increase performance. i have a k&n intake and flowmaster muffler. i have considered headers and was thinking about a new throttle body but don't know where to get them. any suggestions. oh and i don't have enough for a supercharger, boooo. well not yet at least.

why not just wait until you do get the money for a S/C? i figure you're all giddy for buying new parts, but just hold off for a bit.

Off topic a little bit, but I was wondering what "ttt" means. I always see that when no one has replied, but I don't know what it stands for.

Check out the TECH section of the forum - there might be a few small things to slake your mod-thirst while you save up

theres a bunch of free or near free mods you can do while you save for your supercharger. why not do those?

deckplate mod, isr mod, throttle body smoothing, etc

dunno if youre going to feel much difference but wouldnt hurt.
