Hey guys, So i'm going to change my my front bulbs to a brighter whiter color.

HeadLights: 9003ST Silverstar High Performance

Fog Lights: H3ST Silverstar High Performance

Now my question is, which do i get for my corner lights? i know the bulb size is 2825. But they dont have that in the silverstar collection.

I am going to install clear corner like these:




Anyone know which bulb i can use inside here?

I would like one that is the same brightness as the Headlights and Fog lights. They have a temperature color of ~4000K (white)

id just go with a 921 bulb a little bigger but it will be slightly whiter than the 194

 

I just put LED bulbs in my front corners and they are bright. 12 diode LED bulbs.
I also used LED's for the licence plate. 4 diode LED bulbs.

But till the LED's be brighter than the Silverstar bulbs?

 

If you go with LEDs, you are going to have a killer time finding one that matches your headlight color.

Most white LEDs run around 6000k, which has a slight blue tinge to it. Even the "warm white" LEDs will be too "cool" to match your headlights.

Make no mistake about it, I LOVE LEDs. I don't have one incandescent bulb on my 4Runner (they're all either LED or HID). It just took me a long time to find a white LED that would match even my 5000k HIDs.

In the end, I just put amber LEDs in my clear corners until I found a decent white LED that matched. My advice is to just use a standard white (clear) incandescent bulb.

can i use these? it says it has 4000k temp color...but it says its blue ... ?? i though 4000k was white? any thoughts?

So those bulbs should match pretty well. I will say that a pure white color is actually closer to 5000k, so even the Silverstar Ultras will look kinda yellow. I have 5000k HIDs and they make even standard (4300k) HIDs look yellow. Check out the kelvin scale:
