2000 4runner check engine light

2000 4runner check engine light
I have a 2000 4 runner that the check engine light is on and will not go away. I had it serviced by a certified tech, and the code was for “air flow meter”. He replaced the air flow meter but the light returned after about 15 miles of driving. Is there some information about this or some advice to this issue? The code displayed was 1135, or 135 I think.

That will help quite a bit with the diagnosis.

Is this the code you mean?
I don't see anything about coolant or air flow monitor in any other codes.
