Hey Looks good!! Hood looks real good!! (A mod I still want to do) The 2 Tone is looking pretty good (Its all about making your Runner Different then the others) I'm planning on doing the same thing.. changing my 2 Tone... To many Evergreen with Dark Grey Limited 4runners in town..

I would go with the painting of the Grill (I'm not a fan of chrome)

I was never a fan of the two-tone look, but I am very impressed with the new paint-job. Looks great.

Does anyone know if the Limited body panels are available for SR5's?

I dont know who makes them but I almost ran with them. 4Wheel parts can order but they said they would need to drill holes for the cladding. So I just went w/the Bushwackers

I admit the silver/white scheme on the 3rd gens is overdone and kinda boring now but it's refreshing to see a different tow-tone paintjob.

I sctatched my head at first wondering "why 2-tone?" I guess the grass is always greener on the other side. I have two-tone and want one color. I looked into getting mine painted a solid color, but decided it was too costly for the enahncement.

Hey, pimp ride...do with it what you like--it's yours.

Looks GREAT! But the only opinion that truly matters is your own! If you love it then poo poo on anyone who is against it!!

Looks really good, now I really want the hood scoop for my 02 limited. I'm not a big fan of the stock color (mine's gold) but that dark gray metallic color is hawwwwwt!

I like the hood, but sorry to say, I also am a fan of monotone.

HIJACK - DOes anyone know of a way to put a hood just like that one, on a Tacoma? I dont want some hokey ricer looking aftermarket hood...how different are the runner hoods from the taco hoods?

No offense, but you realize he posted this thread a year ago? If you're looking for a sport hood, try your local dealer, junk/salvage yards or you may be able to pick up one online with all the necessary parts. Searching craigslist maybe a good place too.

EDIT: This member got his at a local junk yard: https://www.yotatech.com/forums/f2/s...t-hood-134459/

A lot of people got notifications for threads long dead from 2005, 2006, and 2007. glitch in the system i would assume. I got 38 notifications from 2005, so I would assume its coming from that.
