In a few minutes here, I'm gonna take advantage of the good weather and install my AirAid MIT, Supra TT MAF, drill a deckplate hole, and get a rough tune going. I have a couple fuel maps to try out that I think will probably be okay, but anyone with these mods at high altitude (~5900' in Colorado Springs) have some numbers to try in the vacuum area of the fuel map? I'm going to first try a map Gadget sent me, modified -10% across the board to compensate for altitude.

I'm also finally getting a 2.5" catback w/30" straight through magnaflow put in Thursday. Can't wait for this since I have 3 rust holes in the muffler that are about the size of a pencil eraser. My exhaust sounds like a freakin wastegate when I go WOT. I have free access to a dyno, so I'll post up numbers later this week. I'll be very happy with +20-25whp after everything is done.

can u put a supra MAF on a K&N CAI? or only on oem intake? cuz i kinda wanna do that mod eventually...

As long as you have the couplers to fit, I'd say yes. The only caveat is you need to be creative to make the filter side fit. I did what Gadget recommended and pulled off the OEM rubber seal and used sensor safe Permatex Black to seal it to the airbox. remember, from what I've researched this mod seems beneficial only to those with forced induction. It may not make difference with NA motors. That's from what I've read, though.

I just finshed the MAF and AirAid, very straight forward. I loaded my modified map and lucked out. The fuel trims are very close to zero'ing out. It'll take some time before I know for sure, but there's another blast of snow coming in the next couple days so I'll probably wait a bit before tuning open loop. I'll tell you know though, that there is a definite increase in power even in partial throttle. Engine sound is louder, and you can hear the supercharger whine and suction much more.
