Yah right!!!
There's no way I go out often enough to justify a SAS!!!

Good thing I didn't go to the run the SD crew were planning for this weekend or I would have made the CV thing SO much worse!

Toyota-speak for Form In Place Gasket, oragne FIPG for gear oil, black FIPG for engine oil. I've used the paper gaskets before and find that they tend to wick oil out over time. My rear one (still paper) is went underneath, while the front that I resealed with ultra-black silicone is bone dry. I'll be using FIPG on the rear whel I swap axles. And yes, snug up the nuts on the diff flange, or clean well with brake cleaner and apply a bead of silicone to the seam. It'll hold until you get into the rocks.
