1999 2.4 tacoma front of engine coolant leak

After and while the car is running coolant is pouring out from around the pulleys on the front of the engine. Can't really tell where it is coming from. Is this the sign of a bad water pump? I'm assuming it is but want to make sure before I tear it apart? Is this a pretty easy job?

Thanks!
