1984 Toyota Pickup 4WD rust problem

1984 Toyota Pickup 4WD rust problem
hello, i got a 1984 Toyota Pickup 4wd, with a really nice paint job. Unfortunatly There are a few cracks in the paint, on the bed. I believe these cracks are due to rust . Does anyone have any solutions to this problem with the rust, any actions i can take to save the paint job? it is appreciated, thanks.
