Mine came stock with 15'' rims, Miss-information maybe? Unless you have the brake upgrade. I think there was a brake upgrade (bigger rotors) that came form the factory and it came with the 16'' rims.

Some of the 4Runners come with bigger brakes (SR5's and Limited's maybe?). At least I can't clear my brakes with 15's.

Well the majority of 3rd gen runners came with 16" wheels, and the majority of 4runners with 16" rims came with the big brake package.

So the majority of the majority of 4runners can't. Just measure your front rotos if its 11-5/8 you can run them. If its 12.5" you can't

I've got an SR5 and 15" wont work!

To the original poster, just get under your truck and visually inspect your brakes and the clearance between the wheels and calipers. You may/may not be able to fit the 15"
