03 manual tranny

I have an 03TRD manual transmission and it keeps popping out of first gear, sometimes it feels hard to put it in second gear. Read some things about the bushing needing to be replaced? Anyone experienced this?

I have the same problem on my Truck its a 2000 V6 with M-5speed. Have you found anything about it?

There are two bushings you can replace, i got mine from marlin crawler. One is the shifter ball seat and the other is the shift lever bushing. Relatively simple to replace.
