Try a search on here since I remember somebody was recently unloading one or there's a link for Toyota parts around here and you can get the Tacoma version for around $75 I think. With your later 3rd gen "fatlip" bumper you will need to fabricate a set of brackets to extend the plate to fit the bumper or it sits too far back and underneath.
My friend made mine from some scrap metal and I just bought another set of bolts and it looks perfect and hugs the curve of the front bumper perfectly and doesn't hang down and out like the stock brackets from the '02 Runners position the plate.

Try PMing some of the folks that have this skid. 4runnerfever and Kevin444 both have the Tacoma skid if I'm not mistaken. Good luck.

The brackets will need to move the plate about 3" forward to fit properly.
Here's a thread of a Runner that's for sale with a plate that sits under the bumper and would benefit from the brackets that would move the plate forward.

i looked at the link listed above and i guess that what you are saying is that the tacoma skid plate will work but the brackets need to be made about three inches longer than how they come out of the box. right?

When I used just the stock skid brackets the plate was actually pushing up into the bumper and bending the plastic (not too mention being much less visible also) but by positioning it where I did it perfectly hugs the curve of the front lip and fits perfectly into the indentation of the lip. There is only enough clearence for a sheet of paper to fit between the plate and the bumper and does not extend past the bumper at all.
I hope to finally set myself up to post pics and you'll be able to see what I mean.
My friend also went the extra mile and welded lock nuts to the new brackets.

Hi,
I got my oem skid plate for $75
from Dallas of Toyota for my 2002 4runner Limited a year ago, but I believe the price jumped back to 400 on it.. I know its only for cosmetic, but heck.. it looks pretty darn good.. especially on a Pearl White 4runner.. makes its stand out even more!!
The part number for the 2002 4runner is PZ327-35010 and I got it from http://www.toyotapartsales.com/ If you go in and check.. you'll see it'll cost 391.. i should've bought a few more back then.
Search around.. maybe there's other Dealership that sells it for less in the states... i'm from Boston and got the skid from Dallas. Boch Toyota in Mass wanted $600 for it a year ago..
Good Luck!!
