'01 Power Window Problem: Relay, Fuse?

On my 2001 4Runner front driver window switch stopped working (the one that has an auto option). I can't operate the master and rear passenger window from it. However, rear passenger window works fine when used from its own switche.

My first guess was a switch, but trying an identical switch from another 4Runner didn't make a difference. Could it be a relay? Or is there a fuse or something similar that can be causing it?

Any thoughts?
