01 ISR mod - CEL now on

You're right, however...
Did the ISR and Deckplate mods. Changed the plugs and, of course, the air filter at the same time. Started it up and the CEL was on. Pulled the EFT fuse and waited a bit. Put the fuse back in and still had the CEL.
Posted here as I left the shop to check what the code was. On my way back to the house to pick up the reader, CEL went off. Guess it just took a bit for the taco to realize that having your sinuses clear doesn't mean there's a problem.

It's not uncommon for it to throw a CEL after doing the deckplate, ISR or even cleaning the MAF. Just reset and drive until it comes on again and then read the codes.
