We are going to Shuteye Peak on Saturday. Meeting at Vons in Oakhurst at 9am. Probably won't be much snow, but will be a good time anyways. Welcome to anyone who can make it.

Toyo, that locker is going to be sweet. Good job.

thanks, i hope i set it up good. got the holes made. the long studs line up ok but the other two are off by like a mm or two. i might enlarge the hole on the diff and hope the FIPG will seal it all up..

My front diff is sealed with orange fipg and doesn't leak a drop and I didn't do it so it's hard telling how long it's been on there, I'm sure yours will be fine...

got some bad news and some good news
the bad: got to work, all ready and excited to swap it all out. i go to lock and unlock the locker and the motor goes POOP. WTF. it just stopped working. than i go install it after i dropped my old diff assembly already. found out the spring perches on the diff housing i got are way to wide. the 4runner ones are nice and skinny. u bolts on work. guess my xmas locker is not gonna happen. was hoping to do some wheeling for new years with it. now i have to find another diff housing, re mod it. buy or steal a motor off the other elocker i have saved for other project and get this done already... sigh.. what a ˟˟˟˟ty day

good news: to try and bounce back, i was gonna wait till the elocker and re gear works out before i did this. gonna order an arb bumper and winch.

FML....

Hey, Call Jim's guys at ARB-USA... they're VERY accommodating... Drop shipped something for me that would have taken weeks and I got it in 3 days! I know, not likely with something they have to fab from scratch...but hey, I think they've done a few, right? lol.
