definitely w/ the 32's.....
looking for 33-10.5's myself actually. actually, looking for a pot of gold 1st...then tires.
not sure, but I think you are essentially running without a thermostat right now by doing that....save up some pennies and pony-up the $24 for the dual valve one and be done with it.
I like Joe's 4runner but I absolutely LOVE my truck. OK...I LOVE both of them but Joe's truck is so new to us that it's still hard to figure out all it's quirks. my truck has always been...get in, drive hard...repeat for another 200k miles.

I'm not sure if that is running thermostatless or not. Is the dual valve an OEM Toyota part? If so what's the part number. I'll pick it up after work.
I have to admit I LOVE both my 4x4's

go to that link i posted....he has the part # listed. and YES...it's a TOYOTA part.
I want the 10.5's because my tires stick out way too far (as per the Pennsylvania State Police / Vehicle code) and would just be that much worse w/ 12.5's.

Sweet truck man! Looks a lot like mine!
Also,
You really don't need much of this stuff at all! A gallon will likely be enough to do both frames! Just make sure you get both of the prepping agents and follow the instructions exactly! You can't just lay this stuff down. Also, any serious pitting or holes I'd recommend grinding/wire wheeling them down and filling them in with some nice welds, then grinding them back over. For any other serious spots that haven't gone into the steel, just wirewheel away the flakey scale.
I helped with my buddy's Chev C-10 restore, and we did the entire underside, including frame for just under $300 including all the prep. agents and consumables!
Also, I wouldn't go ebay on this stuff as you really don't know what you're getting. Best bet would be to go directly POR-15.com!

Kyle,
Thanks for all the info! Great looking truck by the way.
I assume on POR-15's site they will have both prepping agents listed? I was just going to take a wire wheel to the frame and get it down to bare metal the best I could. There is no real pitting or holes that I am aware of so I don't think i will have to weld anything.
Yeah I wasn't sure where to buy this stuff, let me go on to POR-15.com now and see what I can see.
Thank you!

The bushwacker ones are ridiculous in my opinion. If you're looking for something subtle, yet effective and don't have the rivet holes, check out the Warn 4X. I've only caught a glimpse of one 89-95 with them and damn did they look good. I've been trying to hunt down a better picture of them online ever since. As soon as I can find a good picture of them online, I'll be buying them. I only wish I could have stopped that Yota and checked em' out when I had seen it!
