If you are going to buy new U-bolts you might as well buy a u-bolt flip kit, they aren't that much more expensive than just new u-bolts. Check Marlin's site, I think I remember they where pretty cheap.

I think he's also mentioning that, Brian, because you have to remove them, anyhow, to slip in the AAL. They're usually pretty thick and it might bring those threads to their limits.... "Just squeeeeeeeezed it on there" hahaha. Not sure, I'd have to go look at mine and guess. Not sure if that's what he means, either, ...so I'll let Mike speak for himself, hahaha.
And i have NO idea how to wire it up. There is just a cluster of wires that are connected to my old radio...

Mine doesn't run that hot normally in the summer...now in the winter it runs hotter, figure that one out. As soon as I move the heater slide to hot and the truck runs a bit warmer??? It's been like that for the 1.5 years I've had it.

There you go....buy it!

I think that can vary, Brian. However, it's better than overheating, eh? lol. You might do a quick check of your Thermostat..... I believe yours is the same as mine and calls for an OEM 180* Stat. Mine runs a bit more than yours, and never gets hot... and I've been told by most Guru's, Dealership foremen, etc., that they run better a lil warmer than 1/3rd or right at 1/3rd on the dot. Yours doesn't seem that far off from a 3rd. If you have a temp. reader(like a meat thermometer) you can just stick it in the coolant as it's warmed up and see if it reaches 180.... maybe it's stuck open? Either way, ...like I said, BETTER THAN OVERHEATING, EH? HAHAHA.
