Yep, that's why the insulated style rear of the 4Runner trumps the shelled PU IMHO EVERY TIME! lol. I've camped in really snowy weather near the hot springs in both my runners... NEVER had a problem once the thing was buttoned up. But I BET YOU, you would NOT have been that toasty with the soft top! hahaha. They're good, ...but not THAT good, ya know?

Glad you guys had fun.... WOOT! lol

we all aired down to about 20. oh, how nice...

the trails are rocky. not the big west-coast rocks, but the small rocks that are annoying. airing down helps a ton

Only 20? Dang I go down to 15 at the very least and the last time I was out there with me 33 12.50's I went down to 12. Next time I go out, I'm going down to 10. I haven't blown a bead yet. Well once but that was me being stupid and hit a hole too hard. lol.

Oh and we have our share of big rocks too, but they are on the black and red/purple trails.

20 psi enough was enough I'd rather not risk blowing a bead.

mud is fun, messy but fun, but I like trail riding the best.

Good news all!

I have a second job lined up, if all goes well the 4Runner will be undergoing some surgery.

Here's one for now. Brian, now the next set of pictures in this build thread should be of the SAS completed with some poser flex pictures at Rausch Creek or else

I was busy last night, put on a new air filter (K&N), fixed my headlight (no more bailing wire and hope) and installed the Hella 500's (with the help of Matt2469, thanks for posting that pic!)
