Stock front and 2wd leafs in rear. 1.25" gm blocks were removed because height was too tall. After front is lifted with the spacers I may need to put them back in but I will see then.

Also got a slight miss at idle. Not sure if its the O2 sensor, firing, or fuel yet. Got the fuel filter still to install so ill do that before anything else.

Finally I have searched enough and came up with some shocks I want to run. Placed the order but the rears are on a national backorder they told me. I went with Bilstein 5100 series front and rear, only because I like things to match.
With my measurements I needed a shock in the rear that would compress 17.5" and extend 24" and came across the Bilstein 24-185752 which measures 16" compressed and 26.63" extended.
The front measured with sway bar was 13.5" compressed and 14.75" extended, now this is where me wanting like parts came in so searching g for a 5100 series I found the 24-185745 which measures 11.67" compressed and 17.95" extended. I haven't measured without the swaybar but I assume they will still work. I will just need to shim or spacer the compression bump stops.

Front shocks are in! But found another wore out part... Idler Arm is shot. So im going to do the brass bushings, im just not sure which arm this one is. I know i need to get a FA5040, but what is my current one? Can it be determined what size the shaft is by the size of the wrench size of the nut?

AWESOME PIC!!!!! Do you have any upated pics of your blue pickup?

I have a 91 DLX. Check out my profile pics.

I'm having issues with the rust on the doors. Do you know where I can shop for to replace these doors online?

Not really. Was driving it to just see how it was going to be when the upper radiator hose decided to blow. Also doing a Projector retro in the lighting section..

Thanks man! I'm hoping to add a few more small things to it but keep it simple.

Yeh! I hear ya..... Just bought mine. Previous owner put a lock in the rear axle and he just sent me a video of him driving the truck across a river. Rear axle doesn't have an extended differential breather. Now I'm seeing what looks like oil dripping from the Differential. Any idea whats happening or what I need to do?

Most likely the pinion seal is bad. On the front of the differential where the driveshaft attaches is where the seal is.

Is that an easy replacement job? I'll YouTube it.

Any idea what is clicking in the rear differential / axle? Previous owner told me the rear had a Lock in it. Not sure what that means.

Yea its pretty easy. Just make sure the seal goes in straight and without tremendous force. The locker is to make both back tires spin under load instead of like stock where just 1 spins.

Cleaned the K&N filter today and the cotton gauze pretty much just washed right out of the middle of the filter all the way around it.
I did not install this kit and wouldn't have ran it but I don't have a factory box!

So the ? here is should I just purchase another filter like it has or resort back to finding an OEM box? I mean would that filter really give and benefit other than its washable and reusable? Stock filters are cheap and a dime a dozen from the parts store.

Lets get this started..!!! Probably take a little while to fund up all the parts but i hope i can get this done before October gets here!
About all i will be buying from RockAuto right here. I got in a little rush and didnt want to take the time to figure out which O2 sensor i needed so i may pick that up from them later.

Will be doing the 1200# clutch from Marlin, Gasket set with stainless freeze plugs and OSK timing kit from 22RE Performance, hoses from toyota, and a radiator locally.
