no, but there's no leaks there. i fixed the only leak:

head > manifold:
manifold > downpipe:
downpipe > cat:
cat > extension:
extension > muffler:

i've had trouble with it before, so i think i might take it to an exhaust shop and have it welded a bit longer. if that costs too much, i'll just buy a new one that's long enough

Ian, ...... the shop down from me?.... Probably 10-20$, depending on how his wife treated him that morning! hahaha. They welded up the whole thing for me for under 100$, behind collector to pipe, cat to pipe, cat to pipe behind, pipe to muffler, muffler to back pipe, ...90$ + Tax(Yeah, ...it's CA, so another 40$!!!! hahaha, jk...Only 8.90$ !!! lol. ) Hope it happens on the cheap for ya!

a bit of an update:

i got a bunch of stuff in the mail this week, so i can get this electrical upgraded. i'll put up some pics later. in the meantime, i'll look for steel so rb can fab me up an awesome rear swing-out bumper (in exchange for some work on his rig, wiring and what-not)

a few extra nuts and bolts i forgot to order with my previous mcmaster order, some 4-gauge wire for the fuse boxes, terminals, and a solenoid for the aux fuse box. i figured i should put that on a acc-on line so that i don't have to run separate relays for everything

Hey aint had a chance to get that radiator in yet been way busy. Like the bumper ideas ive been thinking of doing a rear bumper but im liking the swinging spare tire holder i never even thought bout that even though i have seen em everywhere lol. Keep up the good work

the tire and gas can swing out it gets my vote not that it counts but that one looks like a superb idea

as for the bumper: all 3 pics are of the same bumper. it's actually rb's design. i'm using it to mock-up one of my own. i'll have pics of my designs later this week

the latch is one of these. it's a trigger-release, so it'll stay put on bumpy roads. the company makes a bunch of different designs, so if you want a different style, they probably have it

edit: i mis-calculated the size of the bumper. it's smaller than it should be. so here's what it looks like with the bumper 1.25 times bigger, keeping the same size "gate"

Looking good Ian! I really like the first idea/design for the rear bumper better than the second, I just like how it wraps around the sides a little.

Any ideas on how you're going to fix that awesome $2 AC unit?

The bus bar is looking good too. Those terminals/connectors look pretty damn solid!

thanks! the bumper design isn't done yet. i'll be playing around with that for a while. i know what you mean, and i like it, too. i'm going to re-do that design to be "fuller"

the a/c unit works. and well. it'll need a bit of cleaning, but it's nice

working on the buss-bar stuff today. i'll post pics after i'm done today. not much in the way of build pics, as i'm figuring it out as i go. i need to run to the hardware store later for a new saw blade and some more material.
