So this is how it looks after the tree.

I got sucked into a soft snow bank and into the ditch at about 30mph with a row of maple trees.
But this is what I got as a replacement

I'm not sure, it just depends which route I go.
Option 1 - Fix as is, wheel it until it breaks
Option 2 - Swap engine, drivetrain, bed, and spare cab on to spare frame. Wheel and build from there.
Option 3 - Similar to #2, but build slower to make everything "perfect" before wheeling it.

As it sits - there is the obvious damage to fix, bent lower control arm brackets(frame), possibly bent control arms, messed up ball joints, leaking radiator, rusted out frame around rear leaf hangers, and maybe a few other little things.
And no budget, but lots of parts!

Damn man, I just saw in your thread that you smacked a tree. That stinks. Glad you are ok and able to find another clean truck.

Thanks, I was going to take it off the road in may due to the frame rust. It just made money very tight for the winter, due to the fact that we were already having an engine installed in my wifes 06 honda pilot to the tune of $4700!
The white truck is in good shape but needed rescue badly. I had to install a cv, fix the exaust, tighten both wheel bearings, put in new brake lines along the frame, new clutch master and slave cylinders, welded in a new pipe crossmember over the rear axel, and get a new windshield and rear slider. Small price to pay for a solid toyota. All the others that I looked at were rust buckets.

Thanks! I want to get started soon, but I've been bogged down with a busy schedule. By mid may I should get enough time to get some real progress done.
