Just finished installing THIS STEERING STABILIZER from summit racing...
Was a direct fit
No brackets and such
MUCH LESS feedback in the steering wheel then prior
Now its time to start shopping for the arm on the pass front frame rail
Its sloppy in the bushings
I have seen replacements from many spots
http://www.roughtrax4x4.com/ seams to have good stuff
But the overseas is killing any good chance of shipping

Should look at 235/85r16's tires. Tall and narrow. works out to be 9.25 x 32 on 7 inch wide rims. I used chevy 16's mags off of a newer 1500 and machined the inner bore to fit locking hubs. before that I used steel wheels cut in the center with good hole saw. Good luck with the truck.

Little AIR VENT for the foot wells up front
Im allways cold so these are a score in my book!!!!
The vent goes behind the lowest cover and under the steering column
It requires a bit o dremell tool on my end as I do not have the proper lower cover from the sr5 truck that has the vent
Ill have pics of this as well...

COPPER Header Gasket < Looking into this as i have seen MANY of the paper versions blowing out... The fire ring of metal inside rusts out causing gasket failure

Got my drain + fill finished up
Front Diff fluid was DIESEL Engine oil BLACK
Transmission fluid was very light yellow... LOOKN GOOD!!!
Transfer Case fluid was very light yellow... LOOKN GOOD!!!
Rear Diff fluid was....... Well.... It looked like thinned out and Burnt peanut butter
Ill be doing the differentials AGAIN soon... 1000 miles-ish
Id like to throw in some BS oil quick as a "rinse" ... but we shall see
I assume this is due to NOT having a diff breather extension and taking in water
