ColbyP's 93 Pickup

Bought this 93 pickup for $500. one leaf springs broke. got some rust spots go figure frames not bad. but i was cleaning the back of the frame up and was gonna rubber undercoat it but read thats a bad idea..? i already did one side..haha so i just primed the other side for now.. if you prime it then spray rubber under coating on can it be so bad? This will just be for this winter if i like the truck ill take the bed off next year and do it all right.. Also wheres a good site for u bolts and stuff? and i need the rubber trim for the rear slider..
Thanks.

Broked leaf spring.

Got all the rust spots ground down and primed.

Nice truck, not sure where you are in NH but I got a pair of u-bolts made from this company.
Mcleod's Spring & Chassis in Barre, VT 05641 - (802) 476-4971
Had good service and quick shipping, gave them the measurements and had the parts in 2 days. They can help you with that spring too!

Hey neighbor-I'm not too far from you (Fitzy). Shoot me a PM if you need a hand. I'm compiling quite a junkyard down here, and we probably know each other already.

But got the front section of frame and swing arms cleaned up and primed.

Got it painted and undercoated now

Did you go to Bobby Barnes up on 142 in right before the VT line? It's a little bit of a haul from Keene, but the guy is a riot and has acres of nothing but Toyotas.
