I like the way you have the lights mounted and sure it comes in handy even when not wheeling. I got to change a flat in the middle of the night on the road side and that would of been a nice addition to have. Truck is looking great!!!

Thanks terry! Sorry I haven't been posting too much, just been really busy and I post everything on Instagram now. I will be catching up here though eventually. I have some big write ups to do and I will dedicate independent threads to those things. I just feel like nobody is really following much stuff I'm not going to go crazy.

I tried to figure out that Instagram to see how you were doing. All Instagram did was frustrate me. Builds have slowed way down. Talking to Jason, he says other sites have as well. Not sure what is going on. I have a tough time keeping mine up to date so messing with other sites just isnt going to happen for me. I keep checking in on you. I got a text from you but figured you might be asleep by the time I got it. Need to give you a call sometime. Hope all is going well for you.

Thanks buddy. Trust me, once you figure it out you will probably just be on that most of the time. Most of us are on there and while you can't do detailed write ups on there, you can drop links that people in copy and paste open later. I drop the yotatech name all the time and like while I was heavier on there, I'm sure it's making people stop by. I have to tell you Terry, just sticking with Instagram for the most part has freed up tons of my time that I used to spend doing write ups. But more importantly, it's enabling me to keep them shorter and quick and basically going to help me 2 tighten up the posts I do here . The bottom line is you like to share your stuff and it helps people and you need to get on there and just get it figured out. I would be glad to walk you through it, I can't even begin to tell you how much simpler it is been going through this and heaven too post to Photobucket and then move from photobucket to there and so forth. I just uploaded right from my phone and it's done. I have tons of tips and tricks and great apps you can use to make it a lot more fun and actually to include things like 15 second videos with flash through still shots to give an idea to people and then you just drop the link to yotatech and people can come check it out. I'm not saying it's better than yotatech or anything of the sort. I just realized very quickly that that is where everyone has gone. A lot of people still use Facebook or now use Facebook I should say, but I'm also quickly realizing that Google Plus and a couple of things like that, along with Instagram, have pretty much taking over the interweb, plain and simple! I don't see that changing brother. I wish I had the time to design a site that would allow around 1 minute videos instead of 15 seconds, but there's a reason that it's free and simple and that's one of the reasons. There's actually a great tutorial video on how to use Instagram most quickly and effectively and some do's and don'ts and so forth. It really helps me in about a couple hours to solve all the problems I was having. The way it links people and things together is just truly light years inconvenience ahead of all of the other sites.

3WD and at risk of shredding a side wall for a little while.. good video

I have a couple of roll bar mounts that will also fit on my bumper and I have used them on quads in the dunes. For your Go Pro there is so many more options that I had. The windshield mount I have is just a suction cup but seems to hold it in place pretty well
pic of the one I use,

edit- random thought- are you going to put the roof rack and lights back up top or ditching it?
truck actually looks better IMO with out.

what are you doing for a spare tire? doesn't look like you carry one..

Those are some great pics and looks like a great time. In one of your photos, I see you hanging on to the windshield. Now you have me curious as if there is a place to mount a grab handle on the drivers side like there is on the passenger side. I have the headliner out of my truck and should be able to tell real quick if the mounting holes are there. I will let you know soon on that.

having the grab handles is a great idea, I seem to remember there being mounting holes on my old '84 ex cab.

I have two grab handles on each side mounted on my cage. makes getting my fat butt up into the truck.

Mark- any progress on your Cage plans? I think you mentioned Exo..

Their are grab handles on the driver side, the headliner just hide the holes for them.

I will be doing a more detailed write up on several things in the near future. This is something I've been working on in regards to making my onboard air more convenient at the end of the day. I added 300 psi heavy duty extension hose with a shutoff valve 2 the outlet on my 5 gallon aluminum tank. This is just a short video of where I put it. Like I said, I will do a much more details as soon as possible, I've just been extremely busy working and caregiving and trying to keep up with the rock crawling bug! Lol.

I hope it was a good trip! How's your grandma? Just make sure you remember to try and say hello in person if you're ever down there! I've definitely been busy, but I just don't get a lot of time to sit down and her stuff up at the computer anymore... And it's so much a pain to do it from the phone, losing many of the entire postings while trying to do so... I'm actually having a huge problem with my computer too. So I'm looking to get another one or upgrade my Toshiba which I really do like, but need to get an adapter so I can use it off my big TV. I have lots to share but it seems like the traffic here.... it's just dead. But it still may help even one person that's worth it for me. Just got to get on the ball and sit down and do it when I have time, you know? ....

Hey guys,
I hope you're all well.

Mark,
Re: comp,
How old is your computer? Those things last long time. your problem may jsut be because of all the spam/malware, spyware that get downloaded when you access various websites. They'll slow your computer down; even corrupt data and programs.

Best way to get rid of them is to re-install operating system (using CD's that should have come with the computer) and re-install your software.

I suggest you:
1) Get a USB external harddrive (cheap at Frys, Amazon or)
2) Run virus scan on computer,
3) Copy all your files, pics, videos, etc into external hard drive,
4) Re-install Windows (operating system). Choose method that will wipe all data, malware, and all that junk.
5) Re-install software you want
6) Copy your files from external hard drive
7) Always maintain copies of your files on external hard drive, in case your computer crashes

Cheers!

She's doing great for 102 1/2 living by herself in her own room in a assisted living place. Broke her out a dinner of her choice and, man, she motors along at a normal walking pace with her roller walker dealio.

Yes, if I ever get to the LA area I'll definitely try to say hello.

I have way more to post but I just don't have the time. I also AM in the process of tearing down my daughters 2002 Civic motor cooling system. I replaced half of it already and it may need at least a water pump and also, unfortunately, head gasket. If I have time I will post some of that up. I learned a lot about these cars already... It can't hurt right? Lol.
