Most of them they have on board air, much like people do when they eliminate the air conditioner or turn it into an air compressor. while I don't recommend you ditch your air conditioning... its your rig and that is an option for you Richard.

All i know is that if i were to ever get an air compressor on my truck i would most definitely get one of those super super loud SEMI air horns to replace the weak toyota horn.

Haha. ... Well you could get pretty nasty loud 12 volt air horn right now... I see em at the yard all the time. Or you could do the Cadillac 4 horn mod! I have one that I'm thinking of doing with the relay. it shouldn't be too complicated. but I'm not sure it's going to cut it like having all 4. I actually don't mind a higher pitch one as long as loud.... and not so high pitch! Lol

As far as on board and mind you portable air compressors or co2... I really appreciate any first hand experience people have. Thanks in advance for any further input and thanks very much for the input thus far... as well as the offers! I really appreciate it.

Oh wow that first video. That thing sounds loud. That's pretty sweet. But I'd hate to have 4 horns on my front end.

Make sure you get a constant duty compressor which ever one you choose. I have the Puma 12v because its constant duty(no down time) and the tanks can be separated from the comp.

You could be this guy. I so rarely use my horn that I'm tempted. When I honk at someone it's for a reason.

There are other videos of epic horns but I won't post them because it's just dudes being jerks.

Yeah RB, definitely 100%.... Mexican would rather just stick with a positive to 12 volt air supply rather than co2 ..... Reason being, co2 is a little bit different to come by in Los Angeles and can become a p.i.t.a . ...... In other states like Washington from people that I know they have no difficulty going down to a local place and having them filled... here they want to do more than exchange. I will definitely do a little research and make sure that there isn't someone local to me... but I think it's definitely a good idea to have constant 12 volt air at least 150 pounds and a certain CFM.

So at this point I will "likely" grab a 12v source pretty quick and maybe add a tank underneath. Inside my panels is fully deadened and insulated, so I'm not sure it would vent well, RB, ya know? I still left the drain sleeves open to prevent moisture build up/rot, and while it stays cooler in the sunmer in there..... the heat it would generate might create issues.... hmmmmmm. Maybe mount it outside/in the tire carrier area w/tank?

Been considering doing a panel of pushbutton soft touch switches in my b pillar for the OBA and 4 LED light switches I'll be running.... 8 x 7" LED bars on the rCk and the 20" that's on there now on the Addicted bumper..... Just can't wait!

Similar to this. ......

Check out this item I found on eBay: http://pages.ebay.com/link/?nav=item...d=360696989348

Red, Blue, Green, Yellow/or pink if I can't find yellow.

there is also the option of an electrical air compressor caddies had them for the air ride systems they fit in small places and connecting it to a tank system would certainly extend its abilities PYP availablity of course is up in the air... no pun intended

Yeah, black.... and I have more to list. I'm going to try & stick with USA companies....
.if possible I will grab them in a walk in store.

As far as the air I'm definitely going to at least do the compressor new and with warranty... I've been thinking about trying to integrate a pancake air tank up into the spare tire location as my second stage for storage for whatever compressor I get ... then possibly bolt up my original transfer case crossmember as a form of armor for it. Just a thought.

JUST TELL ME WHAT TO DO! Haha. ...jk, but I forgot to refresh my mind with what you did. .... didn't you build a cool panel of aluminum and integrate like 10 switches into it? I like these as well. ....

I think you told me that those ones the posted up one time that are soft touch, just like on a smartphone, are not the best? I could have sworn it was you but I can't be sure... I'll explain why in a little bit here... not having the best day.

Hahaha, ......I trip on how appearances are so often deceiving! ..... I would never have guessed that was an "iffy" area, lol. .... looks like any other fairly wooded area up north. Cool insite nugget, thanx, Toyo.
