91 Toyota truck hub noise problem

91 Toyota truck hub noise problem
Hey guys,
Just put a 4 inch lift on my truck in the fall. Had no problems but now when I lock my hubs in I get a humming and slight vibration when locked in. This above normal. When I put it into 4wd it gets worse! I cant drive over 15 mph without feeling like it will break. Are my hubs bad? CV, driveshaft? Need some help. 91 Toyota xtd cab v6 3.0 4x4. 31 inch tires for now. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.
