89 Runner

Hi I'm new to this site but I just started working on my 89 4runner I had some questions about spring set up. I have a Dana 44 front and a tocoma rear also with a locker with disc breaks. I'm new to toyotas so I don't know muh about what to run spring wise I have Hurd that explorer or Chevy 63 in the rear and rears up front would be good but how muh lift would I get out of it I want my rig to be not to high I plan on running 37. I will upload pics when I figure out how lol.

Welcome to yotatech. Spring set up ?s are hard to answer other than just basics. As a rule of thumb Chevy 63s and rear spring forward will gain around 3.5 to 4 inches depending on the condition of the springs, shackle length etc. If your wanting to run 37s your going to need more than that probably a 2 inch body lift as well as some liberal trimming of fender, fire wall and rad support. Just search around here there's tons of great info and people that can help ya out along the way. Open a photo bucket account and post pics that way works about the the best. Good luck.
