Got it apart back at my shop and holes drilled for the 5th studs

ground "flat"

Did my best eyeballin and holes drilled

Plenty of room right in the nook for the bolt. Ill weld them up one night this week.

Hired Gun Off Road tabs welded on. Forgot to take a picture of the nut welded, but its on there too. I put a thin washer between the tab and the knuckle in case the arm ever needs to be reshimmed.

Since it was apart and I had just done this on my truck, we did the 7/16th allen heads for hub bolts.

Holes drilled and tapped. 1.25" 7/16-20 for the bolts

Well, looks like we get to try again. Maybe we didn't set it up right, maybe the spool deflected.. who knows.. but we broke it in the saaame spot as last time. He almost had it, I said back up a foot and hit it in 2nd, and when he dumped the clutch its just ting ting tinged. Haha. It did make it through a summer of wheeling, so thats a plus.

New Motive Gears and I feel pretty good about this diff. We may have used an ntn race and a koyo set up bearing by accident last time.

Taking it for a test rip this afternoon.
