so I am looking into wiring up the engine and need some advice if it is simple enough to do myself or pay ORS to build me a harness I am very skeptical when it comes to electrics but I have wired winches and e-lockers before so how much harder is it to wire and engine?

hauled the rest of the 98 donor 4runner off for scrap and budgeted what I had into it...
bought it almost complete but running and wrecked for $300 parted some out for $150 and scraped the rest for $300 so I basicly got paid to take the 3.4 for my swap got to love a good deal

Looking good. Your doing it like I am right now... SAS and motor swap at the same time. And Im doing a rear leaf conversion. Im actually looking forward to the wiring on my 4.3 swap, which I am hoping to start diving into this week.

I really like the idea of trying to keep it low with the solid axle, I am looking foward to seeing how you make it work! Most of the swaps seem like they locate the steering above the springs, will that be an issue with doing it spring under clearance wise? I never looked much into what it takes so I apologize if there is an obvious solution.

I'm using stock 84 front springs and doing spring over but the steering will be below the springs because of oil pan clearance issues bit will do spring under with some allpro/TG 4" springs if the steering doesn't work out like I'm hoping
