bought my 4runner back from my brother since he wasnt happy with it and I am very happy to have it back
specs:
3.0 V6 auto
stock 4.88s
30x9.50x15s on 15x7 white wagon wheels
plans for now are to keep her going and maintain her...
future plans include
3.4 swap w/auto
armor
Lockers
SAS
5.29s? or?
duals behind the auto
winch mount/bumper
31s or 33s
recently did a 1.25" daystar spacer in the rear to level it with the front
before spacer
adding spacer
after spacer

not much done in work but I have started to collect parts
got a deal on a E-locker w/motor (and a line on another)
84 front solid axle
next week I am going to place an order for my spring hanger and shackle tubes
I am going to use Sky Off Road Designs hanger and Davez Off Road Performance no death wobble shackles
I like there design of Skys hanger for ease of placement and the use of bushing sleeves to make suspension tuning easy rather than fight a M18 bolt through a bushing if I want to swap springs or shackle plate lengths

got my spring hanger and shackle tubes ordered and picked up a thrid e-locker w/motor if anybody is interested
also debating if I should stay with 4.88s or go to 5.29/5.71s
now need to save up some more and get some longfields and hub gears and call it good

Man, if only I'd known an elocker might come available a week ago before I ordered my front housing...how much you want for it? I like your build direction, quite a lot like mine, I think.

Hmm, that would be very interesting to see. I'm not quite trying to keep it that low when I sas, but looking to have it about the height mine currently is with the bj spacers and OME coils in the rear.

I really like the stance of your 4runner and wouldn't mind if I ended up with a couple inches of lift, but my goal is factory frame height so I could run stock 31s if I wanted to i dont plan any larger than 33s

no new progress since the last pics
still need to finish drilling frame tubes but the t-case cooler is holding me up at the moment along with bad weather...
I went to a pull n pay today and scored a hi pinion Diff. Also got a good deal on a brand new in box Aussie locker for the hi pinion. So next is to choose a rear locker and I need to decide on gearing for the hi pinion, either match my rear 4.88 or swap both for 5.29s
