Just read your buildup, alot of good work, my next project is chevy 63"s, i max'ed out the blocks, and want the travel, hope to do SAS just dont have the $ right now.. nice truck

chevys are awesome, best bang for the buck, i didnt plan on doing the sas until i was locked front and rear and broke my cv the first run

very nice, mine has a very small bit of death wobble at low speeds but the again i dont have a steering stablizer

I need to pick up a steering stabilizer soon I get the death wobble at 45 to 50 but drives perfectly straight at any other speed

Can we see a pic of the rig on level ground? Just trying to get an idea of your ride height with the stock rears instead of the 6 leaf hybrid pack most people have done.

dont have a pic of that but its about an inch higher than the ifs stance. i prefer to be lower probably going to get shorter shackles

thanks man, dont think thats full flex either....
bad new just noticed my new front driveshaft ujoint is toast... anyone know if that is warrentied i wheeled it once,and had it maybe a few weeks

rebuilding a rear end with new brakes seals and all the good stuff, including a detroit locker..
not sure if i want to put it in my 3rd gen of my new 84 ext cab

thanks, the truck is currently sitting on jackstands with no wheels, shift ball bushing wenmt out so i swamped the 33's onto my 84 and hvae been driving that. trying to find some wheels but not finding much on cl.

just got the truck back from hunting in naches. hands all better now one of these weekends im going to swap a detroit true track up front, anyone wheel with a posi in front im thinking it would make turning way eaiser then with a locked front
