Looks like a straight truck. It is going to have a few issues that most are easily worked out. Welcome to Yotatech.

It is pretty straight for the most part. I bought it with a locked up motor got it to free up and while in the process of getting it over to my buddies and threw a rod threw the side bought a new motor last night and ready to put it in and drive it. Thank you for the welcoming

Swapping out the Harness from old block to new block. Also had to install the Alternator, intake bolts, and a few other various nuts and bolts.

Dropped it in and got it running.

Heres a video of it running.

Still need to hook up the exhaust and make a few minor adjustments. But overall it runs really well!.

Is that the timing cover that cracked or did it get into the block as well? Never seen anything like that. Great job getting it running so soon.

it through a rod threw the engine block and a bearing out the oil pan. if you looking in the picture of the crack up close that is the alternator to the right of it. but we have the new motor in and it runs like a champ

You waste no time and I like it. Where did your donor engine come from? Look forward to your build and welcome to the family.
