It's probably the camera, I see it too. It's the first gen droid, getting old for a phone. Hoping the wife will let me do a iPhone next. Their cameras are great.

Thanks for the props on the truck, hope you get to feeling better.

The new iPhone takes AWESOME pics as it is all I use for mine. SOO much easier to upload everything to iCloud automatically when I get home to my wifi. Love it.

Thanks. I've been under the weather since the temperature has been fluctuating 40F from morning to night.

Thats also an interesting bender? Details?

I've used a floor style bender with a jack similar to that tho it didnt look like that heh... it got the job done ofcourse, was painfully slow tho, it got old real quick using a hydraulic jack to run the die.

I own a pro tools 105 now, floor stand ratchet style. I like it a lot.

The blended is a pro tools HMP 200. It is really well built. I caught it on sale, got the bender and two dies for the cost of the bender. It is very slow, I plan to get an air over hydro jack for it one day. That will speed it up a lot. I really wanted the 105. But with renting I did not want to drill into the floor to mount it.

Helping your neighbor out will eventually come back around. I am sending a part out today to help someone out. I like to help where I can and it has paid off more then the dollar value of the part in the long run.

I was in a drugstore the other day and a woman was arguing with a cashier over a dollar or so. I offered to pay the difference and she said it was the principal of it. I figure if I have to watch over a dollar like a hawk, I have problems.

Dave Ramsey said all of the water runs into the Dead Sea and it is still dead and it applies to finances as well.

I do have a aunt that is wellll off and she still clips coupons, maybe that is what I am doing wrong.lol

Hey guys the wife and I have been looking at this place for the last few days. We think it has most everything that both of us want.

She is pretty ino the house, and I am pretty into the garage.

I think we are going to make an offer on it tomorrow. It has been for sale for awhile. Now to see if we can get it for a price we are comfortable with.

Yah it has a pool, but that will be the first thing to go. Depends on on where you want to go on the outer banks. Closest to me is about 2 hours. The kids must have looked up some wheeling around Hatteras, they want to go. We probably will around their spring break.

Thanks guys.

Yotaman, I hope it works out for you. Finding the right place at the right price is not as easy as it sounds. Good luck.

That is a great looking place and the garages look plenty big. Having a garage for daily drivers and a seprate one for repairs or projects would be the best of both worlds.

You are right. House hunting isnt as easy as you would think to find one that meets all of your needs. Hope this is the one for you if all works out. One mistake I did when moving here thinking I would just build a shop when I got here. It took 10 years. If you really want a garage, I would try to find one with what you want. Something will always come up and delay you on the shop.

Thanks Terry I needed that. We made an offer today. It's low, I doubt they will take it. But it is a starting point we will see what they come back with. As far as we can tell we are the only ones to do more than look at it. As nice as is, there are things that would drive most people away. The master bedroom is smallish, the kitchen is smallish, there is no formal dining room, but for some reason it feels like home to us. But we are not setting our hearts on it right now either. I'll keep you guys posted.
