Back at ya brutha.

I've got it all fixed now. But I'm waiting for my paycheck to order the High Steer kit and see if we can make that work with such a low lift. My buddy that is helping me used to crawl with Marlin and says he's put high steer on a first gen pickup with 42" boggers and NO LIFT.

We'll see. Oh, ordering the 4:70 gears for the transfer case too. That will help with the death dry hops on the rocks.

About to do high steer with small lift so I'll try to document it with detail because it's needed here. 2.25 lift Old Man Emu. With stock shock locations.

I popped 2 tires before I figured out what was happening. I grinded that pinch down pretty good but my tire is now rubbing pretty much on the firewall and the lowest part of the fender. It doesn't look like cutting the fender down will make much of a difference, and I don't really want to move my axle forward because of the job it will be. If you find an easy solution to this I'd love to know! And I will let you know what I end up doing if I do it before you!
had the same problem when i was running 33x12.50s. I did a cheap fix by taking the springs off and having a shop drill some new holes in the springs, moving the axle forward 3/4". (i tried drilling them myself at first but they ain't kiddin' when they call it "hardened steel"). 3/4" wasn't enough to mess with the stock steering configuration but got me more than enough clearance for the 33s!

It's on the lift at landcruiser specialists. I'm moving the axle forward an inch with relocation plates from 4crawler. Got all new calipers and rotors as well as booster and master cylinder. We should be ale to get the all pro hy steer to work. Crossing fingers. I'll try to snap pictures while in progress but my lift time is very limited. Got my t case built with 4:70 gears so that should help from dry hopping the ledges again. Next up is my on board air then lockers.

Ok the high steer is on but it looks like the pitman arm is too close to the leaf spring and I can't use a straight one. Has anyone been successful bending one or does someone sell a 1 inch drop? http://db.tt/dvmjTonC

Welded the bumpstop extensions.

Would like some advice on fabricating a spare tire mount to the roll bar. I've seen a few rolling around but didn't get the details.

Just got this but I'm the worst at electrical stuff. I'm going to try and tackle the install. Where do yall suggest I hook it to electrical power? I was thinking about getting one of those sea something fuse boxes with 6 or so fuses. Is that what I need to hook directly to the battery then hook accessories like air compressor, fog lights, etc to????
