Thanks

So far I have had no issues at all with the springs coming out, but I have only been on one trip with them. It did take some effort to get them in. I had the rears completely in the air, the bottom bump stops removed and I still had to compress the springs about an inch to get them in place. With all that, 3 inches on the top perch, plus another 3 inches in the bump stop, I am not worried at all about the springs coming out.

Added a rear deflector before the turkey started

I drilled straight into the fiberglass, I'll have to find some plugs to fit my new holes on the inside. I used some liquid nails type stuff to seal the holes in from rain. I took it for a test drive ( and got some yams) and there was no exhaust smell present while at speed. Have to see if the rear gets dirty or not on the next off road trip. Hopefully a trip will come soon.

Here it is all mounted up

Brackets made from strap steal, freshly painted

And a side Shot

nice deflector man , Yeah the aussie 4runner is a slightly different breed hear , everyone seems to destroy them rather then keep them. But i love them , if i ever damage mine ill make it a designated off roader but its my DD aswell for now

Mines mostly for weekends, camping gas mileage is horrible. So I have a Honda for daily and its nice to know if I break it I still have a back up car.

And if I ever get back into road racing I have the 4runner as a back up if I blow up the Honda on track.

Rear seat belts will now bruise your shoulders along with you hips in the event of a sharp deceleration!
