I suspect the smog shop had unplugged it and had forgotten to clip it back in.

oh you poor Californians my tabs are $58 a year registered as a 1 ton so its allowed to be this tall and no emissions required for vehicles 25+ yrs old not to mention there are only 5 counties in Washington that require emissions for vehicles that are newer so you just register in a different county if for some reason you wont pass or your cheap like me lol

I am a N.H. native so this stalinist smog BS is new to me. But it passes so I am happy. And my truck does not miss the salt, snow, and slush.

ouch! so $700 for that truck is great. you could easily get what you need, and sell a few things to recoup your money. Is that a smittybuilt bumper ont he blue one? I see that bumper a lot and want one but I don't think they make it anymore

Well I went and picked up the blue truck on Saturday it was in rougher shape than I thought but not to bad so I bought it. Well I found out the hard way that a Uhaul car trailer doesn't have straps big enough to secure a truck with 35in tires we had to deflate them to get the truck home.

So with the truck home and air back in the tires this is how it looked. If it looks like it was drug out of a field after sitting for 9 years It is because it wasName: 20160328_121517_zpsm2ucku7s.jpg

So this is what I am working with now lets step back and take a look at what I have just purchased I've got a good amount of work ahead of me but my truck and wallet will be better off after this project.

When I showed up I was greeted by the pleasant surprise of a set of 35x12.50 Kelly Safari MSR tires with nearly all the tread left just 9 years old

Wow, (Bio-Hazzard) you weren't kidding, I thought the interior on my 87' 4runner was the worst I had ever seen until I saw pics of yours, lol. But when I was cleaning out mine, I found a folded up $10 dollar bill, so at least I got paid for part of my labor, (I work for cheap) lol.

Looks pretty solid, how much of the blue truck are you going to swap over? From your pics of the rollover it looked like your cab and driver side door and fender took most of the impact, couldn't really tell if your bed or passenger side got any damage.

Passenger side of cab got flattened it hit first. The bed didnt take much damage im gonna see if i cant make one perfect bed out of the two i have if i screw it up ill just buy another bed since they are cheap and plentiful in around here or i might go with a flat bed im not fully decided yet. I will be using the entire blue cab though
