You might be able to get away with the ford springs without having to modify your bed.

X2 you may even end up with a good laid back shackle. Older straight axle Chevys (pre 88)would even work well they are like 52"
But I can't blame ya for linking. I have plans in the future to do the same (atleast the front) in the mean time the 63s work too good in the rear for my type of wheeling to justify links.

Instead of making your frame longer, could you not relocate the forward shackle mount, that's what we did on my buddies 4runner when we went to the Trail Gear springs.

What does your wheelbase measure out at , just curious.

I liked your bed so much that i started to process this week to copy it. Only not diamond plate. Got the bed off, and excess frame removed. Buying steel soon for new cross member and flatbed frame.

Yes, but then you'll probably need to shorten the driveshaft.

Everyone I know who has sold their Toyota regrets it afterwards. You don't have to keep dumping money into it, why not just wheel it as is?

Wheel I the way it sits, im sure it's really capable it the way it sits. Buy a daily driver so any money that does go into the yota is for upgrades not wear and tear from daily driving. I will never again daily a yota that has over 33s with 22r. If you sell , you Will get the bug to go wheel and regret getting rid of it.
