I just read your thread. dude there is like three other old trucks around yours in that first pic. holy crap.. I want to find a toyota garden like that.

There's actually like 5 or 6 up there. I'm surprised he even sold me one cause I started asking about other trucks and if he would letswap it some other parts and he wasn't down at all.

Well got a start on smoothing out all my shackles. I clamped 4 together and started grinding , got about half way through with one set of 4 and my disc had it. Had to make a home depot run after work. Hopefully will have all 8 finished tomorrow and drilled.

I was gonna make my own shackle hangers and front spring hangers , but for what I paid for this trail gear set from a local wheeler I couldn't pass it up.

wow this thing came far quick, and yeah now that you washed it i see, does he wanna sell any more of those yotas up there? preferably the first gen? i really want one!

Ya I've been gathering parts fairly quick. I just cant seem to find the time lately other than my lunch breaks to work on it. I'm gonna try to stay after work later this week and start tearing down some suspension and getting it ready for the new. Still need a ifs box.
And no the guy loves his toys , even though they just sit there rusting he won't let any go. I'm lucky to have got mine off him.

Got my rear shackles done today , and started shaping my rears. Also fed-ex showed up with my 6 bolt hub adapter so I can run my old school momo wood grain wheel.

Thanks for the encouraging words ! I have a ifs box lined for a case of keystone! It's already tapped for hydro assist ! I'm gonna try to get down to the shop this weekend for a couple hours to get the bed off / gas tank out and dropped of to get cleaned and my 63s in.

Your truck is coming along nicely. Great job.

I have to admit the conditon of the trucks out west makes me a little jealous. Just surface rust.

On both of my builds, I have done some gas tank restores and tried to do some nice write ups about them if you decide to tackle it yourself.

Left coast is the best coast lol. I got a buddy at a radiator shop who will has the equipment to clean it out for free.

And yup clear Nevada title.

Just met up with a guy from reno4x4.com Tonite who hooked up a ifs power steering box already tapped for hydro assist for a case of keystone! Yup cheapest case of beer I've ever bought.

Got the 63s in , tank out to be cleaned. ubolt flip kit in. Gonna clean the frame up this week and rattle can it. Maybe get the bed back on and bobbed. Then get my 44044s up front to level it out. I'll make my shock mounts and bump stops later as well as extended brake lines.

Stock 63" chevys. Gave it about 4" lift with 6" shackles. Got some wagoneer 44044 ranchos to go up front to give me around 5" and level it out.
