Jinotown's '83 Build up Thread

I am trying to finish up this old build. The previous owner started real well with lots of expensive engine and suspension mods in the early 90's. After being stored for 15 or so years the truck finally has some nice paint. Now for the dredded finishing touches. So far I did an electric fan conversion, got the A/C nice and cold, cleaned up all the emissions junk in the engine compartment, jetted the Mikunis, cleaned up the interior to respectable, hooked up some vacuum lines with an accumulator for the brakes and distributor, changed the radiator, hoses and belts, and aligned the front end. I'm tired! The interior is next. Any good ideas?

Very nice truck. I would consider converting to high steer, it replaces the stock 79-85 push pull steering to a more positive feel by using an 86-95 IFS steering box.
Looks like you have at least the 3" lift required.

he's wondering if the fuel door has a lock on it .

Most USA beds just has a "thumb ketch" and not a lockable door ..
