Alright I have some kind of update to show, been doing some work on the trailer. Got a stereo I had and some 6x9 put in, sounds really good. And I got a antenna for a t.v. that uses cb antennas installed. Also got some pics of the new L.E.D. dome lights in the dark, sooooo much better! Anyway time for pics!

When my dad got a screw in his tire he took it to Les Schwab and they fixed it for free and he didn't even buy the tires there! I'm pretty sure NW oregon has Les Schwab, but if you don't then I'm sure another place might do it for cheap if not free as well.

Yeah they are Les Schwab tires I bought new so they fixed it for free but took them forever to do I don't care about the screw as much as the hassle of dealing with them, also they still have the tires listed in the computer for my 79 so when they look it up they can't tell the difference lol not sure if it makes a difference or not if they're on a different truck but I don't care.

Been a while and I have done some stuff to the truck been tracing down the leak in my front end and hopefully will have it fixed today... but I also put in a light on my roll bar for the bed don't have it wired up yet will probably wait till I have dual batteries... and also put lights in the bottom of the doors so you can see the ground and nerf bars.

If anyone wants to know the lights are from a late 80's early 90's cadillac de ville and took only 30 min to do, you do have to cut the door but its no biggie. And they were only 5 bucks at the wrecking yard cause the guy was hungover and didn't want to deal with it lol. I will be getting some leds for them and the roll bar light. Also my friend crashed his rabbit from a few pages back into a honda then a deer so we've been working in that too haha

Also went riding last weekend with some friends, one of them is a member on here and he got a picture of our trucks together and I like it.

644435_598204293539078_1131435729_n_zps00a7fffa.jpg?t=1360022887

Then when we were riding at some families property I had forgotten about an 82 toyota that was up there! best part about it is that it's a diesel!!!! So I see a diesel swap in the future of this truck witch I think would be sick!!!!!

Thanks man! I would not put a 350 in a toyota, way to much power also pretty unnecessary no offense to anyone who has done it. Best plan is to do a 20/22r hybrid, if you dont know what it is you put a 20r head on the 22r block. Do some research on it. That was my original plan for this truck, till I found that truck with the diesel in it, someday that'll be in my truck.

Okay hopefully the pics come up if not I give up for a while... But I moved the lights off of the roll bar and the 2 KC lights that worked I put on the bumper they were never wired up anyway and moved the hi-lift to behind the cab also put in a reverse light hooked up to a relay. And on a side note no doors is just better lol

I know the best part is it's really quiet inside but it's header to 2" pipe into a dynomax muffler and out the back I made another video I'll try and upload tomorrow of me going up and down the road to hear the exhaust.

Alright so I uploaded the video of the exhaust the first couple of times I went by I was really on it but I can easily say its really quiet inside vs. outside but its still not to loud I think.

not sure if my speakers just suck or what but once again if you have headphones nearby it sounds a lot more like real life not like crap...

Sounds pretty throaty! My biggest fear is that my truck will sound like a honda civic! I got the turbo thrush for my truck, but I haven't got to fabricating my exhaust for my truck yet. I plan on going with 2.25" without a cat

Ya don't want to sound like a little riced out civic haha but your setup should sound pretty nice, sounds like your one of the lucky ones who doesn't have to deal with D.E.Q. luckily my truck came without a cat so I don't have to worry about it.
