Yakima Control Towers ($50)

These fit in the toyota factory roof rack tracks on a 3rd gen 4runner (not sure about previous generations) Just need some cross bars and lock cores and you're good to go. !!SOLD!! Just wanted to offer em up here before I put em on ebay in case anyone is interested.

Not sure what you're asking... I thought the landing pads were the little rubber pieces that went under the Q-towers to protect your paint.
These I thought were called 'Control Towers' and if the 'landing pad' you're talking about is the little piece that slides into the stock rails, then yes, these come with the 'landing pads' (shown in the second picture). You just slide them in, tighten them with an allen wrench then the actual tower part locks on top of it. Hopefully that helps some.
